I truly value your time, and I ask that you respect mine as well. I understand that things happen and that you may have an emergency or run late. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I often have another guest booked right afterward.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

These policies help keep appointments running smoothly for everyone.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule and avoid a fee. You’ll receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment, and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged up to 50% of the total services booked.
No Shows
If you no-show (make an appointment and fail to cancel or show up), you’ll be charged 50% of the total services booked.
Running Behind
If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be altered, rescheduled, or cancelled completely.
Repeat Offenders
Clients with a pattern of no-shows, same-day cancellations, or unpaid fees may no longer be allowed to pre-book online for future services.
