COVID 19 a.k.a. Coronavirus

Policies Per Washington County and the State of Oregon Health Authority 

  • Stay home/Reschedule if you have been sick in the last 14 days from your appointment.

  • ​Please Wear a Mask to your appointment.

  • ​Please come alone, no guests at the time.

  • ​Arrive at your scheduled appointment time to decrease the number of people in the building.

           Revival takes cross contamination prevention seriously. Extra Sanitation Precautions are being taken in between every client. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your service. 

Cancellations +
No Shows

I understand that things happen + you may have an emergency or run late. Your appointment slot is reserved just for you. I likely have another guest booked right afterwards. A Credit Card is put on file at the time of booking to hold your time slot. 

 

Running Behind: Please let me know if you are running behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be altered, rescheduled or cancelled completely. 

Cancellations: If you cancel, a 24 hour notice is required to avoid a fee. You will receive an email or text reminder 48hrs prior to your scheduled service to confirm or cancel. If you must cancel within 24hrs of your appointment, you will be charged up to 50% of total services booked.

No Shows: If you No Show (make an appointment + fail to cancel or show up), you will be charged 50% of the total services booked. 

Repeat offenders: Folks with a pattern of no showing appointments, cancelling same day or refusing to pay fees will not be allowed to pre-book online for future services. Please respect my time and book accordingly, thank you!
